Ordering Information Ordering Methods Orders may be placed either online or via U.S. mail. At this time, Sew Sweet Bags is able to accept U.S. orders only (those that are paid for with U.S. dollars and that will be shipped to the United States). Online Orders: To place an order online, just click the Add to Cart buttons on product pages. You can click the View Cart button at the top of each page at any time to review the contents of your shopping cart. From the Shopping Cart page, you can Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout by clicking the appropriate buttons. Sew Sweet Bags accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for online orders and uses PayPal as its authorized credit card payment processor. You do not need to have a PayPal account to check out. When you proceed to checkout, you will be given the option to "Pay Fast with PayPal" if you are already a PayPal member or to pay with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account. Either way is free, private, and secure. Sew Sweet Bags never sees your credit card information. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you will be given the option to open one at the end of your transaction for future use. Your purchase will appear on your credit card statement under the name "PAYPAL*SEWSWEETBAG". Mail Orders: If you would prefer to mail in your order and payment (check or money order only; no cash or CODs), then please print the Sew Sweet Bags order form after clicking on the link to the PDF file shown below. Sales Tax Massachusetts customers will be charged 5% sales tax. Shipping & Handling Sew Sweet Bags ships orders via U.S. Postal Service. Shipping and handling charges are as follows.
Availability and Expected Shipping Time While Sew Sweet Bags maintains a ready-to-ship inventory of many of its products, it isn't possible to have every product made up and in stock at all times. Products whose availability is noted as "in stock" should ship within 2-3 days of placing an order. Products whose availability is noted as "made to order" must be created before being shipped. Please allow 1-2 weeks for an item to be made for you. An order containing a mixture of in-stock and made-to-order items will ship once all made-to-order items are complete. If you do not wish to wait to receive your in-stock items until your made-to-order items are complete, please order your in-stock items separately. Once an order has been shipped, it should take 2-4 days to arrive. Occasionally an item's availability status changes before the website can be updated. If that happens, you will be notified by email and given the option of substituting a product or waiting until the item becomes available. Returns
